Apple’s Activity app shows you how much you move, exercise, and stand using three concentric rings.
If you have an Apple Watch, you will notice that your activity is automatically logged to the Activity app. If you are not wearing an Apple Watch, this information is not logged.
If you use one of our apps while wearing an Apple Watch, you’ll note that the Exercise ring does increase during your workouts. However, this is not due to our app, but rather because the Apple Watch is separately determining that you are exercising and logging this to the Activity app.
Our apps do post your workouts to Health, if you have enabled saving to Health at More > Health and in the iOS Settings app at Privacy > Health.
However, the Activity app does not recognize workouts that were posted by third party iOS apps like ours.
The bottom line is that unfortunately our apps cannot log workouts such that they can be seen in the Activity app.
